Put your winter jackets back on tonight and tomorrow morning!


A strong cold front will come through this morning, mild readings in the 50s ahead of the front will drop to the 40s this afternoon on strong north-northwest winds gusting to 35 MPH.

By tonight it will get colder with lows falling into the 20s by Tuesday morning, still windy with wind chill readings around 10 degrees.. brrrrrrr

Tuesday. Mostly sunny with slowly diminishing winds, highs will rebound around 50 degrees in the afternoon..

Tuesday night not as cold with lows in the mid-upper 30s.

Wednesday another cold front will move into the area with a chance of showers in the afternoon into Thursday morning. Highs on Wednesday around 60 degrees.

Clearing Thursday and dry Friday, seasonably mild with highs in the upper 50s.

Weekend looks dry at this point with continued seasonably mild temps in the upper 50s.

Cloudy day, clearing tonight, strong cold front on Monday!!


Well this morning the temperatures went below 50 degrees for the first time since Monday as we dipped into the low 40s, still 10 degrees above normal.

Very little rain occurred and only a brief shower is possible today but with lots of clouds around and a northeast wind the highs will be mainly in the upper 50s.

A strong cold front will move by tomorrow morning it will be windy and much cooler behind the front, highs in the 50s in the morning falling into the 40s in the afternoon.

Monday night and Tuesday morning we will have below freezing temperatures and a freeze warning will probably be issued.

Chilly during the day on Tuesday but with less wind and a high in the low 50s..

Milder Wednesday with a chance of showers at night into early Thursday, highs in the low 60s.

Dry the rest of Thursday and Friday, highs will be slightly above normal in the upper 50s…

Summer in March is now over, we now start spring weather!


After record breaking warmth more typical of June than March we will return to more seasonable spring weather for the next several days.

Today it will cloud up with chance of showers later this afternoon with a better chance tonight into Sunday morning, temperatures still above normal in the 60s.

Sunday most of the showers will be in the morning but some will linger into the afternoon, highs mainly in the low 60s.

Monday a strong cold front will move through during the day with no rain but it will get windy, highs will be around 60 degrees in the morning falling into the 40s by sunset, gusts to 35MPH.. Monday night bring those sensitive plants in since it may be close to freezing especially inland..

Tuesday will feel downright cold after this warm spell with plenty of sunshine but highs only mainly in the upper 40s to around 50, actually only a little below normal..

Wednesday another disturbance moves in, bit milder with highs in the upper 50s, chance of showers Wednesday afternoon to Thursday morning..

Last day of summer in March, cooler weekend with rain developing!


Another very warm day today but a bit less humid, highs will again reach the 70s, more typical of early June..

Saturday clouds will increase and rain will develop towards evening, highs still above normal in the 60s.

Sunday rain will continue, cooler still, highs in the 50s.

Monday clearing skies with highs around 60.

A cold front will come through Monday night with temperatures falling into the 30s and highs on Tuesday in the low 50s, it will be windy. Also bring in those tender plants especially if you live well inland since there may be some below freezing temperatures on Monday and Tuesday night..

It really is foggy out there this morning!


Dense fog since last night caused many travel problems with visibilities less than 100 yards, this fog will burn off this morning and unlike yesterday we will have more sunshine as a result highs will soar into the 70s.. Yesterday’s high was only 67 here while it was 83 in Portland Maine..

Tomorrow a “weak” cold front will come through lowering humidity levels but highs will still be in the 70s with mostly sunny skies..

Saturday we will have increasing clouds with rain developing towards evening, highs in the 60s.

Sunday we will have cloudy skies all day with periods of rain highs only in the 50s which is normal for this time of year..

Monday we will have clearing highs around 60..

Tuesday, lots of sun, high in the upper 50s..

Wednesday bit milder with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
