Seasonably cold Friday: Slow warmup this weekend: Mild next week!


After early morning cloudiness with even some flurries falling inland skies will clear this afternoon, the temperature will be a couple of degrees milder than Thursday but the wind will pick up so wind chills will be similar to yesterday. We will have less wind and more sun on Saturday with temperatures near normal. Sunday will have a chance of early morning flurries but then the sun will come out and temperatures will be around 40. Little cooler on Monday before we get quite mild next week with highs in the 40s and even close to 50 towards the end of the week. Still no winter storms for the next several days.

The forecast:
Today – After early morning cloudiness becoming partly sunny, bit breezy, high in the mid 30s.
Tonight – Mostly clear, low in the low 20s.
Saturday – Sunny, high in the upper 30s.
Sunday – Becoming partly sunny after a chance of early flurries, high near 40.
Monday – Sunny, high in the upper 30s.
Tuesday – Mostly sunny, high in the low 40s.
Wednesday – Mostly sunny, high in the upper 40s.
Thursday – Partly sunny, high near 50.

Marine Forecast: Small craft advisory till noon on Saturday – West winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 5 feet.
Outlook – Conditions mainly below sub-advisory levels from Saturday afternoon through the mid part of next week, only chance of near advisory levels would be from late Sunday into early Monday.
