Overnight temperatures only dropped to the low 70s and after some clouds at daybreak it will become mostly sunny, hot and quite humid with highs reaching the lower 90s, only a very slight chance of an afternoon and evening thunderstorm.
Hot and humid weather continues Tuesday and Wednesday with high temperatures in the low 90s and there could be a scattered thunderstorm in some spots.
A slow moving cold front approaching our area will increase the chances of showers and thunderstorms Thursday through the weekend and with more cloudiness temperatures will not be as hot but it will remain quite muggy.
