Great ending to the weekend’s weather!


Under clear skies at daybreak temperatures in the Clifton area are in the low 60s with many inland areas are in the 50s with comfortable humidity.
Today with plenty of sunshine temperatures will reach the low 80s with comfortable humidity.
Nice day again on Monday with a little more humidity.
A cold front on Tuesday will cause some showers, it will be a warm and humid day.
The rest of the week will feature a return to sunny weather with temperatures a little below normal with low humidity.

Excellent August weekend weather!


A cold front came through this morning sweeping the rain and humidity off to our east and setting us up for nice weekend weather.
Yesterday in Clifton we only received a little over a half inch of rain but some places just to our north across Orange county recorded over 6 inches of precipitation.
This weekend will feature plenty of sunshine, seasonably warm temperatures and low humidity.
The nice weather will extend into Monday.
Another cold front will cause a chance of showers on Tuesday with slightly high humidity levels.
Behind the front another stretch of comfortable weather Wednesday through the end of next week with temperatures a little below normal, low humidity and mostly fair skies..

The forecast: Mostly sunny, less humid, high in the upper 80s.
Tonight – Partly cloudy, low in the low 60s.
Sunday – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.
Monday – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 80s.

Humid with showers and thunderstorms likely today; Nice weekend coming up!


We have some light rain at 6:20am in Clifton with heavier rain just to our north, temperatures are in the low 70s along with very high humidity.
The first batch of precipitation should move to our north this morning but more showers and thunderstorms are likely to develop later this morning and be with us through this evening, some of the rain will be heavy at times with possible strong winds in some of the stronger thunderstorm cells. It will remain mainly cloudy but some breaks of sun are also possible. Temperatures should reach the 80s with very high humidity.
A cold front will cross the area late this evening ending the threat of rain.
A beautiful weather weekend is in store for our area, high temperatures will reach the upper 80s tomorrow and mid 80s on Sunday with plenty of sunshine and much lower humidity.
The nice weather will extend into Monday but on Tuesday another cold front will swing through giving us a chance of showers.
Pleasant weather will return Wednesday through the end of next week with mostly fair skies and low humidity.

Humid with some heavy rain mainly falling tonight and Friday!


We had some showers overnight with less than a tenth of an inch falling.
At daybreak this morning we have cloudy skies it is more humid, overnight low were in the upper 60s.
The first batch of rain has moved offshore as a warm front moved to our north and east. Today will be mainly cloudy but we may see some breaks of sun at times. The next batch should move in later this afternoon and tonight, some of this rain may be heavy in thunderstorms.
We should have numerous showers and thunderstorms Friday into Friday night as a cold front approaches, it will be quite humid..
After a chance of an early shower on Saturday it then should be sunny and quite warm but less humid.
Sunday looks marvelous with warm temperatures, low humidity and plenty of sunshine.
Early next week looks mainly dry although there will be a slight chance of showers later Monday into Tuesday, temperatures will be seasonably warm.

Cloudy and more humid weather with rain chances increasing through Friday!


After a couple of very nice days the weather will become unsettled for the rest of the week.
This morning we have cloudy skies, not as cool as the last couple of mornings with temperatures at daybreak are in the mid-upper 60s.
Today we will have considerable cloudiness as a warm front approaches from the southwest. Most of the day will remain dry but shower chances will increase as the day goes on and will become more likely tonight.
The warm front will move north of us Thursday morning accompanied by showers and thunderstorms and more humid air. There may be some breaks in the clouds in the afternoon but shower chances will persist.
Friday will be very humid with showers and thunderstorms still likely.
Finally a cold front will cross the area on Saturday morning, there still may be a shower in the morning but it should becoming partly sunny in the afternoon.
Sunday looks like the best day of the weekend with less humid conditions and seasonably warm temperatures along with mostly sunny skies.
Pleasantly warm conditions with plenty of sunshine as we head into early next week.
