Skies are clear early this Sunday morning and temperatures are not as cool as the last couple of morning with readings ranging from the upper 60s in Clifton to the upper 50s in the normally cooler suburbs, winds are nearly calm.
Today we will have a mix of clouds and sun along with higher temperatures and humidity, highs will approach the 90 degree mark, humidity will also rise with dew points in the 60s. There is a slight chance of a late afternoon or evening shower inland but most areas will stay dry.
Look for a hot week as we end August and move into September, highs most days will be in the low 90s with dew points in the 60s. The area should stay dry the entire week.

OUTLOOK – No advisories expected through Thursday.
TROPICS – Erica has dissipated but the moisture will give heavy rains to south Florida today. Meanwhile Tropical Storm Fred has formed off the African coast.
