Skies are clear early on this Sunday morning and it is quite cool with temperatures ranging from the mid 30s in Clifton to the mid 20s further inland, winds are mainly calm.

After a chilly start a southwest flow around a high centered near the Tennessee valley will produce a milder afternoon and with much less wind it will be a very comfortable fall day.

Even a little milder on Monday again with plenty of sunshine.

A backdoor cold front will cross the area bringing in cooler air from the north but we should remain dry.

High pressure will move off the coast on Wednesday we should see an increase in clouds with a chance of showers at night.

Significant rain is likely on Thursday as a slow moving frontal system will be crossing the area, temperatures will be mild, showers may extend into Friday.

Dry weather returns for next weekend with seasonable temperatures.

Skies are partly cloudy early on this Saturday morning and temperatures range from the low 40s here in Clifton to the upper 30s further inland, some spots in the Poconos are having some flurries.

Today will be a partly cloudy and chilly day, winds will continue to be rather brisk with gusts to 30 mph, highs will struggle to reach the 50 degree mark which is only a few degrees below normal.

Plenty of sunshine and less wind on Sunday and temperatures will moderate in the afternoon after a chilly start.

Monday will be a very nice fall day with plenty of sunshine with unseasonably mild temperatures.

It appears now a backdoor cold front will come through Monday night and Tuesday will be cooler than originally thought despite having mostly sunny skies.

Clouds increase on Wednesday and there may be some significant rain on Thursday as a slow moving cold front moves into the area.

Skies are mostly cloudy early this Friday morning and it continues to be mild with temperatures ranging from the low 50s in the Clifton area to the upper 40s further inland, winds are gusty from the west.

Today will be a partly sunny to mostly cloudy day, it will be windy as we will be in a tight pressure gradient between a deep low in Eastern Canada and strong high pressure building from the Southern Plains, some gusts may be close to 35 mph, temperatures will only rise a couple of degrees from this morning’s levels.

Chilly tonight into Saturday and still breezy with mostly cloudy skies tonight and mostly sunny skies on Saturday, although it will be colder than the last few days readings will still only be slightly below normal for this time of year.

After a chilly start on Sunday we will experience a milder day with diminishing winds.

A return to unseasonably mild temperatures next week with the only rain anticipated now would be with a possible cold front on Thursday.

We have cloudy skies early on this Thursday morning and it is quite mild again with readings ranging from around 50 in Clifton to the mid 40s further inland, the humidity is high and the winds are light.

High pressure is moving offshore as a storm system to our west approaches, showers now over Pennsylvania will move into the area later this morning and continue into this evening, southerly winds will pick up this afternoon, temperatures will be mild.

A cold front will move through the area tonight, winds will become westerly and increase on Friday with gusts up to 35 mph, skies will clear by late tonight and will be mostly sunny on Friday. Temperatures tonight and Friday will still be slightly above normal as cold air will be slow to move into the area.

Saturday will be sunny, windy and chilly with highs struggling to reach the 50 degree mark.

After a chilly start on Sunday temperatures will moderate with less wind and mostly sunny skies.

Unseasonably mild for most of next week with mainly dry conditions.

Rain is ending early on this Veterans Day, temperatures are quite uniform mostly in the upper 40s, winds are from the north around 10 mph.

Low pressure is moving off the coast but today will remain mainly cloudy with maybe some sunshine late this afternoon, temperatures will be seasonable with highs in the upper 50s.

Another low pressure system will be approaching our area on Thursday with showers mainly falling in the afternoon and evening, temperatures will continue to be seasonably mild.

High pressure will build into the area on Friday, it will be dry but become breezy, temperatures will be again be seasonable but become cooler at night.

A dry weekend can be expected, Saturday will again be windy with cool temperatures, less wind on Sunday with slightly milder temperatures.

Looking ahead to next week it now appears to be mainly dry with unseasonably mild temperatures as no cold air is in sight.
