Skies are clear early on this Friday morning and it is cool once again with temperatures ranging from around 50 here in Clifton to as low as 40 in the colder inland areas, winds are light.
Today high pressure will be over the area producing plenty of sunshine, temperatures will be a couple of degrees higher than on Thursday and with less wind it will be a nice late spring day.
Saturday’s weather is a bit unsettled as a warm front will be approaching the area followed by a cold front moving through Saturday night, it will be warmer and more humid and there is a 40 to 50 percent chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, some of these storms may be quite strong with gusty winds and small hail. These storms if they occur will be quick movers so the day will not be a complete washout.
Sunday will be less humid and warm with again plenty of sunshine but it will become windy.
At this time next week looks to be mainly dry with near seasonable temperatures.
