Skies are mostly clear early this morning and temperatures range from around 70 in the Clifton area down to near 60 further inland, winds are light northwesterly.
High pressure will build into the area giving us mostly sunny skies today and temperatures will rise into the lower 90s, the humidity will be moderate with dew points in the low to mid 60s.
Very hot weather with increasing humidity this weekend, high temperatures will reach the mid 90s on Saturday and near 100 on Sunday, skies will be mostly fair.
The heat and humidity will continue into next week and we should stay dry with the only chance of an afternoon thunderstorm will be on Independence Day. Daytime highs will be a little lower than over the weekend but the humidity will be oppressive with dew points near 70.
