Good morning everyone!
Moderate to occasionally heavy rain is falling over the area early on this Friday morning and temperatures are cool with most readings in the mid to upper 50s.
The low pressure that is giving us the rain this morning will be moving offshore with most of the steady rain ending by 8 a.m., we should see some clearing by late this afternoon, temperatures will be cool with highs mainly in the 60s.
A very nice early fall weather for this weekend with plenty of sunshine both days, temperatures will reach the 70s on Saturday but be slightly cooler on Sunday. High pressure will be building into the area.
Most of next week will be mainly dry with above normal temperatures, the warmest days will be Tuesday through Thursday with highs those days approaching the 80 degree mark.

SUNDAY – SEP 30 – Sunny, high near 70.
MONDAY – OCT 1 – Mostly sunny, high in the mid 70s.
TUESDAY – OCT 2 – Mostly sunny, high near 80.
WEDNESDAY – OCT 3 – Partly sunny, high near 80.
THURSDAY – OCT 4 – Mostly cloudy in the morning then becoming partly sunny in the afternoon, high near 80.
MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 10 a.m this morning for easterly winds becoming westerly gusting to 20 knots, seas 4-5 feet.
OUTLOOK – No advisories expected Saturday through Tuesday.
