Good morning!
Snow is falling across the area early on this Friday morning and temperatures range from the mid 20s in Clifton down to the mid teens further inland, winds are light northerly.
Snow will end by 7 a.m. with accumulations of around an inch. During the day we will have mostly cloudy skies and temperatures reaching to the upper 30s as the weak low pressure moves offshore.
Another weak low pressure will likely give us more accumulating snow from late tonight into tomorrow morning, another 1-3 inches are likely.
Dry weather can be expected from Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning but a stronger low pressure will give us rain from late Sunday afternoon changing to snow at night. Accumulations will depend on the track of the storm with significant snowfall possible especially across inland areas. The precipitation will end by Monday afternoon.
Dry and unseasonably cold weather for early March Tuesday through Friday.

TONIGHT – Cloudy with snow developing tonight, low around 30. Accumulations of 1-3 inches likely.
SATURDAY – MAR 2 – Cloudy with snow ending in the morning, high near 40.
SUNDAY – MAR 3 – Mostly cloudy with rain likely in the afternoon, high in the low 40s, rain changing to snow at night, significant snow accumulations possible especially inland.
MONDAY – MAR 4 – Snow ending in the morning then becoming mostly sunny, high near 40.
TUESDAY – MAR 5 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 30s.
WEDNESDAY – MAR 6 – Mostly sunny, high only in the upper 20s.
THURSDAY – MAR 7 – Mostly sunny, high in the low 30s.
MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect from 4 p.m. this afternoon until 6 p.m. Saturday evening for northeast winds gusting to 30 knots, seas building to 4-6 feet.
OUTLOOK – Small craft advisories possible Saturday afternoon through the day on Sunday; small craft advisories likely Sunday night through Monday; no advisories expected for Tuesday.
