Skies across the area are cloudy and there are some flurries still falling over parts of the area, temperatures range from around 30 in Clifton down to the mid 20s further inland, winds are mainly calm. The overnight snow gave us a dusting of around 1/2″.

The weak disturbance that gave us a dusting of snow overnight will be moving north and east of our area today as high pressure builds in from the southwest. We should have mostly sunny skies by this afternoon, temperatures will be a little above normal for early January.
Another weak low pressure will be moving to our south on Tuesday giving us another chance of a dusting of snow Tuesday night.
Wednesday will be a windy day with some snow showers possible along with colder temperatures. Seasonably cold on Thursday with lighter winds.
Much milder Friday into the weekend but with shower chances increasing as a slow moving cold front approaches from the west.
