Skies are mostly clear early on this Monday morning and temperatures are warm with readings ranging from the low 70s in Clifton down to the mid 60s further inland, winds are mainly calm and the humidity is high.

A southwest flow of hot and humid air will continue today and on Tuesday. There is a chance of an isolated shower or thunderstorm this afternoon with a better chance of thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon as a cold front moves through our area, some of these storms may be strong to severe.
Much cooler and less humid on Wednesday with mostly sunny skies.
The cooler air will be short lived as a warm front moves across our area on Thursday with warmer and more humid conditions with a chance of thunderstorms Thursday night.
Warm and humid weather to continue Friday and Saturday with a good chance of showers both days as the remains of Tropical Storm Laura moves into our area.
At this point Sunday looks to be cooler and less humid.
