Temperatures continue to be mild with readings at 5 a.m. ranging from 64 in Clifton down to 60 at Walpack. The humidity is still high with dew points in the 60s and the winds are mainly calm or light westerly.

A cold front will cross the area around daybreak this morning followed by mostly sunny skies, warm temperatures and becoming much less humid. Highs will be in the 80s but the dew points will drop into the 40s by this afternoon.
Our first significant rain since May 9-10 is expected Friday afternoon into at least Saturday morning, rainfall amounts of an inch or more is likely. With clouds and an onshore wind high temperatures will only be in the 60s on Friday and only in the 50s on Saturday.
Unsettled weather will likely continue Sunday and on Memorial Day as some computer models have another storm forming offshore giving us another chance of rain while some models keep our area dry. Temperatures will continue to be cool.
We finally dry out by Tuesday with milder temperatures.
