Skies are mostly clear early on this Tuesday morning and temperatures at 5 a.m. are cool with readings ranging from 42 in Clifton down to 37 at Pequest and Basking Ridge. Winds are mainly calm.

After a cool start today will be milder with less clouds and wind, high temperatures will be around 5 to 10 degrees higher than yesterday.
Dry and quite mild Wednesday through Friday as high pressure in the southeast states gives us a warm southwesterly flow of air. High temperature all three days should be in the 70s which is 10-15 degrees above normal.
Cooler on the weekend and there is a chance of showers on Saturday as a weak disturbance moves through our area followed by high pressure building into our area on Sunday.
