Skies across the area are mostly cloudy and temperatures at 5 a.m. range from 49 in Clifton down to 39 at High Point, these readings are 10-15 degrees cooler than yesterday but still above normal. Winds are light from the north.

Today will be a mostly cloudy day and it will be cooler as a northerly flow from high pressure over the Great Lakes dominates our weather.
Another mostly cloudy day on Sunday and there will be a chance of rain at night as a warm front approaches our area.
Most of the day on Monday we will be in the warm sector and we should stay dry and quite mild but a low pressure area will give us rain Monday night into Tuesday with cooler temperatures on Tuesday.
There may be a break in the showers Wednesday afternoon and during the day on Thursday but another low pressure will give us a good chance of rain Thursday night into Friday.
