Good morning everyone!

Yesterday the Clifton area had no rain but quite a bit of rain fell just to our south with Newark reporting nearly 1/2″ of rain and a record 2.50″ at Atlantic City.

Today we will have another cloudy day as the remains of Ian is still just off the New Jersey coast. Winds will be brisk but not as windy as yesterday. We should remain dry as most of the precipitation will remain to our south and east.

There will be a chance of rain on Tuesday as the coastal low pressure still sits off the coast and some bands of mainly light rain is possible but the best rain chances will be again to our south and east.

Chance of a morning shower on Wednesday then dry weather with a slow increase in temperatures the rest of Wednesday into Friday. A cold front should come through dry Friday evening.

Nice but cool weather is expected for the upcoming weekend.
