Sunny and milder today with light winds! Warmer, breezy and dry Tuesday and Wednesday! Even warmer Thursday and Friday with some record high temperatures possible! A little cooler over the weekend with a low chance of showers!

Good morning everyone!

Skies are mostly clear early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from 37 in Clifton down to 26 at Pequest and Walpack. Winds are calm or light southwesterly.

CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR APRIL 10TH:

AVERAGE HIGH: 59 AVERAGE LOW: 40

RECORD HIGH: 82 – 2017 RECORD LOW: 21 – 1985

YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 57 LOW: 34 PRECIPITATION: NONE

Strong high pressure over our area will give us mostly sunny skies today with milder temperatures and light winds.

As the high pressure moves to the south of us we should have a brisk west-southwest flow of warmer air both Tuesday and Wednesday. With the winds and low humidity there will be a good chance of brush fires both days.

Bermuda high pressure will then dominate our weather Thursday and Friday with even warmer temperature in the 80s with some records possible.

Slightly cooler on the weekend as a trough of low pressure approaches our area. There will be a 20% chance of showers on Saturday and a 30% chance on Sunday.
