Skies are mostly cloudy to cloudy early on this Saturday morning and there is some patchy fog in some of the area. Temperatures are quite warm with readings ranging from 74 in Clifton down to 65 at High Point. Winds are calm or light southerly. The air quality is good with an index of 50.

A weak front will be just to our west today with a continued southerly flow of warm and humid air. There is a chance of mainly afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms with some heavy rain possible.
The front will move over our area on Sunday and a low pressure will form on the front which will give us showers and thunderstorms mainly in the afternoon and at night. Heavy rain is likely with possible 1-2 inches of rainfall.
Still a chance of an afternoon or evening shower and thunderstorm on Monday.
Mainly dry and quite warm with a little less humidity Tuesday through Thursday as weak high pressure builds into our area.
Another frontal system will give us a chance of showers on Friday.
