Cloudy and humid today with a chance of light showers or drizzle! Showers expected tonight through Saturday evening! Windy and much cooler on Sunday! Mainly dry with seasonably cool temperatures next week with only a low chance of a shower early Tuesday morning!

Skies are cloudy and foggy early on this Friday morning and there is some drizzle falling in parts of the area. Temperatures range from 64 in Clifton down to 60 at High Point and Wantage. Winds are mainly calm and the humidity is high with dew points mainly in the mid 60s.

Today will be cloudy with some drizzle this morning and a chance of mainly light showers during the day. Temperatures will be a little above normal and the humidity will remain high.

Showers are expected tonight through Saturday evening possibly heavy at times as a frontal system moves through the area. Rainfall amount will average between 1 and 1 1/2 inches.

Much cooler and drier on Sunday with a gusty wind as high pressure builds into the area.

Monday should be dry and cool but a weak frontal system will give us a low chance of showers Tuesday morning.

Main dry the rest of next week with moderating temperatures.

SUNDAY – OCT 8 – Mostly sunny, windy, cooler and much less humid, highs near 60.

MONDAY – OCT 9 – Mostly sunny, highs near 60.

TUESDAY – OCT 10 – Chance of a morning shower then becoming partly sunny, highs in the upper 60s.

WEDNESDAY – OCT 11 – Mostly sunny, highs in the mid 60s.

THURSDAY – OCT 12 – Mostly sunny, highs near 70.

MARINE FORECAST: TODAY – East-southeast winds to 10 knots seas 2 feet.

OUTLOOK: A small craft advisory will be in effect from midnight tonight through 6 a.m. Monday morning; advisories still possible the rest of Monday into Monday night; no advisories expected for Tuesday.
