Skies are mostly clear early on this Saturday morning and temperatures are quite cold with readings ranging from 15 in Clifton down to 7 at High Point. Winds are gusty out of the northwest causing wind chills to drop to the single digits. The air quality is good with an index of 38.

The storm that gave us the light snow yesterday is moving off the New England coast as Arctic high pressure builds from the middle of the country. Skies will be mostly sunny but it will be breezy and very cold with highs only in the mid 20s and with winds gusting 15-20 mph will cause wind chills to remain in the single digits most of today.
Sunday will be sunny again as the high pressure builds closer to our area, highs will be a few degrees higher than today but still remain below normal.
Dry and milder weather is expected Monday through the day on Tuesday as the high pressure moves off the coast.
Unsettled weather but mild with a good chance of rain at times Tuesday night through Friday, some of the rain may be mixed with snow mainly inland Tuesday night.

WEDNESDAY – JAN 24 – Cloudy with rain likely, highs in the low 40s.
THURSDAY – JAN 25 – Cloudy with a chance of rain, high in the upper 40s.
FRIDAY – JAN 26 – Cloudy with a chance of rain, highs near 50.
MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon for northwest winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 3-5 feet.
OUTLOOK: No advisories expected Sunday night through Wednesday.
