Sunny again today with less wind and slightly milder temperatures! Dry and milder Thursday and Friday! Continued mainly dry and mild weather for the weekend! Cooler early next week with a chance of rain or snow!

Skies are again clear early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures range from 28 in Clifton down to 18 at Walpack. Winds are light from the north. The air quality is good with an index of 33.

High pressure will move closer to our area today and we will still have sunny skies today with light winds and high temperatures a few degrees higher than yesterday.

The high will move offshore and we will have a light southerly flow of milder air Thursday and Friday, skies will be mostly sunny on Thursday and partly sunny on Friday.

The weekend looks to be mainly dry but a weak cold front will give us a slight (20%) chance of a shower. Saturday will be quite mild with highs well up into the 50s, Sunday will be not as mild but still with highs in the low 50s.

A low pressure area is expected to move into the area early next week giving us a chance of rain or snow.

MONDAY – FEB 12 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain or snow, highs in the upper 40s.

TUESDAY – FEB 13 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain or snow, highs in the low 40s.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 6 a.m. Thursday morning for higher seas. Winds northerly to 15 knots, seas 3-5 feet.

OUTLOOK: No advisories expected the rest of Thursday through the day on Friday; advisories possible mainly for higher seas Friday night through Saturday; no advisories expected for Sunday.
