CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR FEBRUARY 9TH:
AVERAGE HIGH: 39 AVERAGE LOW: 23
RECORD HIGH: 60 – 1990 RECORD LOW: 5 – 1979 (Note: on this date in 1934 Central Park had its coldest temperature on record with a reading of -15 degrees)

A warm front passing north of our area will cause mostly cloudy skies this morning, but the clouds will decrease by this afternoon and become mostly sunny with highs mainly in the mid 50s.
A weak cold front will give us a chance of light showers on Saturday and it will be quite mild with high temperatures possibly reaching 60 degrees.
Sunday will be only slightly cooler and dry.
A stronger low pressure area will likely give us rain and or snow Monday into Tuesday; still too early to predict snow accumulations as the track and the strength of the storm is still uncertain, but the best chance of plowable snow will be across higher elevations of northwest New Jersey.
