Skies have become mostly cloudy early on this Thursday morning and temperatures range from 27 in Clifton down to 21 at Basking Ridge. Winds are mainly calm. The air quality is good with an index of 49.

High pressure offshore will give us a light southerly flow of milder air today. A low pressure system will give us rain mainly from 7 p.m. this evening through noon on Friday, though some showers are still possible Friday afternoon. Rainfall amounts will be between 1/4 and 1/2 inch.
Much cooler and breezy on Saturday as high pressure builds from Canada. High temperatures will only be in the 30s, but with the winds it will feel colder.
Sunday will start off cold with early lows near 20 but a return southwest flow will bring milder temperatures in the afternoon.
Quite mild much of next week with rain likely Tuesday night into Wednesday.
