Skies are mostly cloudy to cloudy early on this Sunday morning and temperatures range from 47 in Clifton down to 40 in Pequest. Winds are mainly from the south averaging 5-10 mph. The air quality is good with an index of 31.

A cold front will pass through the area late this morning with mostly cloudy to cloudy skies and a slight chance of a shower. Temperatures will still be mild with highs about 10 degrees above average.
Much cooler the rest of this week and although temperatures will be only slightly below normal it will feel quite chilly after having record warmth the first half of this month. Low temperatures Thursday and Friday morning should be below freezing.
Dry Monday through Thursday but there will be a chance of showers Friday afternoon through Saturday. The computer models are not agreeing for this period with some indicating a coastal low while others show high pressure over the area..
