High pressure building down from the Great Lakes will give us a mostly sunny and warm day today with highs approaching 80 degrees. It will again be breezy with some gusts to 25 mph.

Not as warm on Tuesday but with sunny skies temperatures will continue to be above normal and we should have less wind.

Unsettled weather Wednesday into Thursday as a warm front will be south of the area. Showers are likely both days and with the clouds and an onshore wind it will be much cooler especially on Thursday when highs may not get out of the low 50s.

Friday should be dry during the day but another chance of showers Friday night into Saturday as a cold front moves through our area.

The strong low pressure north of the Great Lakes that gave us the chilly temperatures along with strong winds yesterday is moving further away and weakening as high pressure builds into the area. Today will be mostly sunny and much milder with highs in the 70s. Winds will increase this afternoon and may gust to 30 mph.

A weak cold front will give us a chance of showers and thunderstorms tonight, some of these storms may be quite strong across our inland areas to our north and west.

High pressure will then be in control for Monday and Tuesday which will give us a couple of nice spring days with highs both days around 70.

Unsettled weather Wednesday through the beginning of next weekend as a series of fronts will be moving through our area. Temperatures will be cooler with the clouds and an onshore wind.

A strong low pressure is located north of the Great Lakes and the cyclonic flow will cause mostly cloudy, windy and chilly conditions today with a chance of some light showers mainly before 2 p.m.

High pressure will build into our area on Sunday and it will be noticeably milder with less wind but still a little breezy. A weak cold front will give us a chance of showers and thunderstorms at night.

Dry weather is expected for Monday and Tuesday as high pressure will be in our area.

Still mild Wednesday through Friday but with a chance of showers each day as a series of frontal systems will be moving through our area.

A strong frontal system is moving through the area; most of the heavy rain has moved to our north and east but there will still be a chance of showers through early this afternoon. Winds will be brisk with some gusts to 32 mph.

Still mostly cloudy on Saturday with breezy and cool conditions, highs will only be in the 50s and with winds gusting to 33 mph will make it feel even cooler. High pressure will then build in for Sunday and it will be noticeably milder with less wind, highs will approach 70 degrees. A weak disturbance will give us a low chance of showers in the afternoon and at night.

Quite mild much of next week and we should stay mainly dry with another low chance of showers Tuesday night into Wednesday as a weak warm front approaches our area.
