Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Monday morning and temperatures are mild with readings ranging from 55 in Clifton down to 49 at Hackettstown, Sandyston, Walpack and Pequest. Winds are mainly calm or light southwesterly. The air quality is good with an index of 36.

High pressure building down from the Great Lakes will give us a mostly sunny and warm day today with highs approaching 80 degrees. It will again be breezy with some gusts to 25 mph.
Not as warm on Tuesday but with sunny skies temperatures will continue to be above normal and we should have less wind.
Unsettled weather Wednesday into Thursday as a warm front will be south of the area. Showers are likely both days and with the clouds and an onshore wind it will be much cooler especially on Thursday when highs may not get out of the low 50s.
Friday should be dry during the day but another chance of showers Friday night into Saturday as a cold front moves through our area.
