Skies are partly cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and temperatures range from 57 in Clifton down to 44 at Walpack. Winds are calm or light northerly. The air quality is good with an index of 36.

High pressure is building into our area from the west and we will have a partly sunny day; some building cumulus clouds may touch off a brief shower, but mainly just to our south. Temperatures and humidity will again be pleasant.

As the high pressure moves into the area, skies will be mostly sunny on Wednesday with temperatures a couple of degrees higher than today.

Very warm to hot Thursday and Friday as the high pressure moves off the coast. A cold front approaching from the west may give us some showers and thunderstorms Friday afternoon and evening, some of these storms may be quite strong.

Pleasantly warm weather for the Father’s Day weekend with comfortable humidity.

Present indications show that much of next week will be quite hot with some highs in the middle 90s.
