Skies are mostly clear early on this Tuesday morning and once again it is quite sultry with temperatures ranging form 73 in Clifton down to 66 at Walpack. The humidity remains high with dew points nearly the same as the temperatures. The winds are mainly calm. The air quality is moderate with an index of 58.

A southerly flow of hot and humid air will be with us again today along with partly sunny skies. There is a slight chance of a shower and thunderstorm in the afternoon and evening but most areas will remain dry. Highs in the 90s and dew points in the 70s will cause heat indexes to rise over 100 degrees and a heat advisory remains in effect.
The hot and humid air will continue Wednesday and Thursday. The remains of ex-hurricane Beryl is expected to remain to our north and west but there still will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms.
Not as hot but remaining humid Friday and Saturday with showers and thunderstorms likely especially on Friday.as a weak front moves into our area.
Hot again Sunday and Monday, but another front may cause some showers and thunderstorms again on Monday.
