Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Sunday morning and temperatures are about five degrees milder than this time yesterday with readings ranging from 72 in Clifton down to 63 at Hackettstown. Winds are light from the southwest. The air quality is good with an index of 42.

Today will be a seasonably warm day along with partly sunny skies but we may see an afternoon sprinkle as a weak trough will be in our area.
Monday will be mostly cloudy and a little cooler with more cloud cover.
Showers and thunderstorms are likely Monday night through Thursday night as a stationary front will be in our area. It will be humid but not as extreme as we had last week.
High pressure will then build into the area on Friday and should dominate our weather through next weekend with dry and warm conditions.
Looking further ahead it appears we will have another heatwave next week.
