High pressure over the area today will give us mostly sunny skies filtered again from smoke from the Canadian Maritimes. High temperatures will be near 90 and the humidity will rise somewhat with dew points in the mid 60s.
Not as warm on Saturday with more clouds as a frontal system will be approaching from the west. Most of the day will be dry but there will be a good chance of showers mainly after 8 p.m.
The frontal system will be slow to move, so Sunday and Monday will be humid with showers and thunderstorms likely both days. The cold front should move offshore Monday night.
Still a chance of a shower on Tuesday as another weak cold front moves through the area, this front will be followed by much cooler and drier air that will probably continue through the rest of next week.
