Skies are clear early on this Friday morning and temperatures are nearly 20 degrees cooler than this time yesterday but normal for this time of year, as readings range from 43 in Clifton down to 29 at Walpack. Winds are calm or light northerly. The air quality is good with an index of 19.

High pressure will be over our area today giving us sunny skies and less wind than yesterday. High temperatures will be in the 60s which is a little above normal.
A cold front will come through dry Saturday morning followed by a brisk northwest winds along with sunny skies and highs again in the 60s.
Dry and cool weather Sunday and Monday as the high builds closer to our area, there will be less wind than on Saturday.
Our dry weather should continue through the rest of the week with a warming trend. It may be the warmest Halloween on record as the high temperature may reach the 80 degree mark.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 6 p.m. this evening for northwest winds gusting to 25 knots becoming southwest this afternoon, seas 3-6 feet.
