Skies are mostly cloudy to cloudy early on this Monday morning and temperatures range from 28 in Clifton down to 21 at High Point. Winds are light mainly from the north. The air quality is moderate with an index of 54. Be careful going out this morning since some untreated areas may be slippery.

High pressure building into our area from the Midwest will give us a mostly sunny day with seasonably cold temperatures and light winds.

A low pressure system will move to our south on Tuesday with a chance of light snow at night. Possible accumulations of 1-2 inches with more to our south.

Another storm system will cause snow to develop late Wednesday mixing with sleet at night and then changing to plain rain before ending Thursday morning.

After a dry and cold Friday still another low pressure area will give us a chance of snow on Saturday changing to rain on Sunday.

TONIGHT – Mostly clear, lows in the low 20s.

TUESDAY – FEB 11 – Mostly cloudy, highs in the mid 30s. Chance of light snow at night, possible accumulations of 1-2 inches.

WEDNESDAY – FEB 12 – Cloudy with snow developing in the afternoon, highs in the mid 30s. Snow and sleet at night, possible accumulations again 1-2 inches.

THURSDAY – FEB 13 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of morning rain, highs in the low 40s.

FRIDAY – FEB 14 – Mostly sunny, highs in the mid 30s.

SATURDAY – FEB 15 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of rain or snow, highs near 40.

SUNDAY – FEB 16 – Rain, highs in the low 40s.
