Skies are partly to mostly cloudy across our area on this Tuesday morning and temperatures at 5 a.m. range from 69 degrees in Clifton down to 65 at Walpack. Winds are mainly calm and the humidity is high. There are some thunderstorms from the Philadelphia area to Long Beach Island but they should remain to our south.

Today will be a partly sunny day and it will be humid with dew points rising to the low 70s, there is a chance of an afternoon or evening shower and thunderstorm.
The heat will get into full swing on Wednesday with very hot temperatures through Friday along with high humidity will send heat indexes over 100 each day. With the humidity and heat we will have a chance of typical afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms each day.
A cold front will cross our area on Saturday and it will be less hot and become less humid by evening along with a continued chance of showers.
More seasonable weather with less humidity Sunday through early next week.
