Mild Saturday and chilly Sunday!

With mostly cloudy skies temperatures this early morning are running in the low 50s in the Clifton area to the 40s inland. The sun does not rise until around 7:30am today which is the latest sunrise of the whole year since we change the clocks tomorrow. Even the first day of winter the sun rises at 7:20am.
Today will be a mild day ahead of a cold front that will push through later today.
Tomorrow will be much cooler and windy. No rain is expected this weekend.
Monday morning temperatures will dip to the lowest levels of the season with 20s in most areas.
Daytime highs will only be in the 40s but with less wind than on Sunday it will feel more comfortable.
Warming trend starts on Tuesday and last till a cold front comes through on Thursday.
Some showers may accompany the front on Thursday but for the most part our dry pattern will continue. October 2013 was the driest October since my records began in 1973 with only .55″ of precipitation.

The forecast: Small craft advisory issued from now till 6am on Monday..
Today – North winds becoming northwest to 20 knots, seas 4-5 feet.
Outlook – Sub advisory level conditions later Monday through Wednesday!

Remember to set your clocks back an hour tonight, if you don’t you will be early for everything!

Have a good day!
