Skies are mostly clear early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures range from 58 in Clifton down to 45 at Walpack. Winds are mainly calm. The air quality is moderate with an index of 68.

Skies will become cloudy this morning with showers and possibly some strong thunderstorms this afternoon into the early part of this evening. Temperatures with the clouds will be slightly below normal. Winds will become breezy this afternoon.
Thursday will be nearly like our weather yesterday with plenty of sunshine and seasonably warm temperatures.
Another frontal system will likely give us showers again on Friday that may linger into Saturday.
At this point Father’s Day looks dry with seasonably warm temperatures.
Unsettled weather early next week as an upper level low pressure will be affecting our weather. Temperatures will be a little below normal.
No signs of summerlike heat for our area for the foreseeable future, unlike Texas which will be quite hot with high temperatures above 100 degrees.

TODAY – JUNE 14 – Becoming cloudy this morning with showers developing this afternoon possibly with some thunderstorms, some storms may be accompanied by small hail and gusty winds, highs in the upper 70s. Rainfall amounts will average between 1/4 and 1/2 inch.
TONIGHT – Mostly cloudy with showers likely mainly before 8 p.m., lows in the upper 50s.
THURSDAY – JUNE 15 – Mostly sunny, highs in the low 80s.
FRIDAY – JUNE 16 – Mostly cloudy with showers likely and possible some thunderstorms, highs in the upper 70s.
SATURDAY – JUNE 17 – Mostly cloudy with a chance of mainly afternoon showers, highs near 80.
FATHER’S DAY – JUNE 18 – Mostly sunny, highs in the low 80s.
JUNETEENTH – JUNE 19 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, highs near 80.
TUESDAY – JUNE 20 – Partly sunny with a chance of showers, highs in the upper 70s.
MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory has been issued effective between noon till 8 p.m. this evening for southwest winds gusting to 30 knots, seas 2-3 feet.
