Skies are partly cloudy early on this Saturday morning and temperatures range from 45 in Clifton down to 40 at Hackettstown, Wantage and High Point. Winds are light from the northwest. The air quality is moderate with an index of 52. The strongest solar storm since 2003 has produced many auroras across the world but did not see any in our area.

The low pressure area that gave us the rain yesterday has moved offshore and high pressure will build into our area from New England. We should have a mostly sunny day and not as cool with highs in the low 60s, which is about 8 degrees below normal. Increasing cloudiness tonight.

Another cool and dreary day on Sunday with a good chance of showers mainly in the morning.as a weak low pressure moves through the area. Highs will only be in the 50s.

Milder next week but another frontal system will likely give us showers Tuesday afternoon through the day on Wednesday.
