Partly sunny, cooler and much less humid today! Dry weather to persist through the weekend, cool Wednesday and Thursday with a slight warming trend Friday into the weekend!

Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Tuesday morning and conditions are cooler and less humid. Temperatures range from 61 in Clifton down to 51 at High Point. Dew points are in the more comfortable 50s. Winds are brisk out of the northwest. The air quality is very good with an index of only 14.

The system that gave us showers and thunderstorms the last few days has moved offshore as high pressure builds into the area from the Great Lakes. Today will be a partly sunny day and cool with highs only in the 70s, dew points will drop to the upper 40s by this afternoon. Also winds will be a little gusty out of the northwest.

Sunny and cool weather to continue Wednesday and Thursday, highs both days will be in the 70s and overnight lows will be in the comfortable 50s.

Dry weather to continue Friday through the weekend, temperatures will moderate to near normal on Friday and a little above normal for the weekend. Dew points will only slightly rise to the low 60s.
