Another mostly sunny day today with light winds and low humidity! Dry and warm weather to continue Thursday through early next week!

Skies are mostly clear early on this Wednesday morning and temperatures are a couple of degrees lower than this time yesterday with readings ranging from 56 in Clifton down to 44 at Sandyston. Winds are calm or light northerly. The air quality is good with an index of 41.

High pressure over our area will give us another nice September day with plenty of sunshine, light winds, and low humidity with dew points in the upper 40s.

The dry and warm weather is expected to continue Thursday through the beginning of next week with warm temperatures each day along with plenty of sunshine. The humidity may rise somewhat with dew points during this period will average near 60.

Meanwhile, Hurricane Francine is expected to hit the Louisiana area by this evening but moisture with this system is expected to remain well to our west and south.
