Skies are cloudy again early on this Thursday morning and temperatures range from 61 in Clifton down to 55 at High Point. Winds are calm or light easterly. The air quality is good with an index of 33.

Cloudy skies will persist today as a warm front moves through the area by this afternoon, followed by a cold front tonight. Showers and possibly some thunderstorms are likely mainly this afternoon and evening. Temperatures will not be as cool as the last few days and the humidity will rise with dew points near 70 this afternoon and evening.
Weak high pressure will try to build from the north on Friday, and we should still have cloudy skies with seasonably mild temperatures and lower humidity. Some showers are possible in the morning then again late at night.
More clouds than sun over the weekend with a chance of showers on Saturday as an upper low moves into our area. High temperatures will be near or slightly below normal.
After a dry Monday a frontal system will give us another chance of showers Tuesday and Wednesday. High temperatures will be a little below normal but overnight lows will be slightly above normal.
