Skies are mostly clear early on this Saturday morning and temperatures are about 10-15 degrees warmer than this time yesterday with readings ranging from 59 in Clifton down to 42 at Pequest and Hackettstown. Winds are light from the southwest. The air quality is moderate with an index of 53.

Today will be a mostly sunny, breezy and mild day, a cold front will come through dry this afternoon switching the winds to the northwest.
The front will move just to our south at night and we should see an increase in clouds.
Sunday will be a partly sunny day but with a chance of showers as the front to our south will move into our area. Showers will become more likely at night with even a chance of a thunderstorm.
A stronger front will come through on Monday with still a chance of lingering showers then followed by a strong west-northwest flow of cooler air.
Canadian high pressure will be with us Tuesday through the rest of the week bringing in the coolest air of the season. so far Most highs will only be in the 50s and overnight lows near 40 and the 30s inland with possible frost.
