Good morning everyone!

Winds are mainly from the north averaging 5-10 mph. The air quality is good with an index of 31. As of 5:30 a.m. my station in Clifton recorded .59″ of rain.

RECORD HIGH: 64 – 1991 RECORD LOW: 14 – 1987

A storm system moving into the area will continue to give us showers today and tonight. It will become breezy and cooler with temperatures falling to the low 40s by this afternoon.

The low pressure will loop around our area on Friday with some colder air wrapping around the low which will cause some rain and snow showers. No accumulation is expected in the Clifton area but a few inches are possible across higher elevations to our north and west.

We dry out for the weekend as high pressure moves into the area. Temperatures will be seasonably cool. Winds will be a little brisk on Saturday with less wind on Sunday.

Mainly dry weather and a little milder Monday and Tuesday but a cold front passing through on Tuesday will give us a slight chance of a shower.

Cool and dry conditions are expected for Wednesday.
