A strong low over the Canadian maritime region in combination with high pressure centered over the middle of the country will give us a westerly flow of cold air. Winds will be lighter than yesterday but still gust to 25 mph at times.
The weekend weather looks to be mainly dry as high pressure builds closer to our area. There is a slight chance of some flurries Saturday night mainly to our north and west. Highs will be in the upper 30s on Saturday but rise to the upper 40s on Sunday.
Unsettled weather Monday through Wednesday as a couple of frontal systems move through the area. Temperatures will be mild.
High pressure will then build into our area on Thursday with cooler temperatures.
