Skies are mostly cloudy early on this Christmas morning and temperatures range from 29 in Clifton down to 24 at Vernon. Winds are calm or light northwesterly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 65.

High pressure building in from the north will give us a mostly sunny and seasonable cold day today, winds will be light.

Dry weather is expected to continue for Thursday and Friday with near seasonable temperatures.

Milder but unsettled weather for the weekend into early next week, there will be chances of rain Saturday into the day on Sunday as the high pressure moves offshore and a frontal system approaches from the west. Rain will become likely Sunday night into Monday. Still a chance of showers on Tuesday.
