Light rain is falling at daybreak with temperatures ranging from around 50 degrees in the Clifton area to the mid 40s inland, winds are light.
Light rain started falling around 2am this morning and periods of rain will continue till around or just after noontime, expect about 1/3 of an inch of rainfall. With the clouds and showers high temperatures are expected to only rise to the upper 50s.
Tonight we will have clearing and it will be quite cool dropping to the low 40s in the Clifton area to the mid 30s further inland with some frost possible, a frost advisory has been issued for Sussex County.
Plenty of sunshine on Sunday with high temperatures a couple of degrees higher than today.
Milder weather for most of next week but there will be a good chance of rain from Monday night through Thursday with the heaviest rain expected to fall from Tuesday night into Wednesday as a strong front moves through the area.

THURSDAY – Mostly cloudy with still a chance of showers, high in the upper 60s.
FRIDAY – Mostly cloudy and mild, high in the low 70s.
MARINE FORECAST: Small craft advisory in effect till 6pm today for northerly winds gusting to 25 knots, seas 3-5 feet.
OUTLOOK – Sub-advisory level conditions expected Sunday through Monday night with advisories again possible Tuesday and Wednesday.
