Skies are mostly cloudy to cloudy early this morning and temperatures are a little above normal for this time of year ranging from 30 in the Clifton area to the mid 20s further inland, wind are light.
Today we will have partly sunny skies with high temperatures near the 40 degree mark, winds will be light, not a bad day for the middle of the winter.
We will see increasing cloudiness on Wednesday with somewhat colder temperatures, a weak storm system will move to our south which will give us some light snow mainly Wednesday evening into the early morning hours of Thursday, at this time accumulations appear to be light with only an inch of snow expected.
Dry Thursday and Friday with seasonable temperatures.
Over the weekend a stronger storm system will be moving off the Carolina coast and just may be close enough to brush us with some snow but at this time most of the snow will stay south of us and we will remain dry.
