Skies are mostly cloudy early this Friday morning and it continues to be mild with temperatures ranging from the low 50s in the Clifton area to the upper 40s further inland, winds are gusty from the west.
Today will be a partly sunny to mostly cloudy day, it will be windy as we will be in a tight pressure gradient between a deep low in Eastern Canada and strong high pressure building from the Southern Plains, some gusts may be close to 35 mph, temperatures will only rise a couple of degrees from this morning’s levels.
Chilly tonight into Saturday and still breezy with mostly cloudy skies tonight and mostly sunny skies on Saturday, although it will be colder than the last few days readings will still only be slightly below normal for this time of year.
After a chilly start on Sunday we will experience a milder day with diminishing winds.
A return to unseasonably mild temperatures next week with the only rain anticipated now would be with a possible cold front on Thursday.

WEDNESDAY – Mostly cloudy, high in the low 60s.
THURSDAY – Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers, high in the mid 60s.
MARINE FORECAST: Gale warnings are in effect till 6 p.m. on Saturday for westerly winds gusting to 40 knots, seas 4-7 feet.
OUTLOOK – Conditions are expected to be below advisory levels Sunday through Tuesday.
