Skies are cloudy over the region this morning and there are some flurries falling especially over the Poconos, temperatures are chilly ranging from the upper 20s here in Clifton to the low 20s further inland. These temperatures are cold but not nearly as cold as on this date last year when we had a 7 degree reading along with 19 inches of snow on the ground.
Today we may see some early flurries followed by clearing, temperatures will be a couple of degrees higher than what we had yesterday topping off in the mid 40s.
The warmup is still on tap for this week with the 50s on Monday, 60s on Tuesday and near 70 degrees on Wednesday and with no rain expected through Wednesday it will be very pleasant.
A cold front is expected to cross the area on Thursday along with some showers, highs will still be in the 60s.
A little cooler Friday and Saturday but temperatures will still be above normal with some rain possible on Saturday.
