THURSDAY JANUARY 25, 2018 5:48 A.M.
Skies have become mostly cloudy early this morning and temperatures are much colder than the last few mornings ranging from the low 20s in the Clifton area down to the middle teens further inland, winds are from the northwest averaging 5-10 MPH.
High pressure building into our area will give us a mostly sunny day after early morning clouds, high temperatures will struggle to reach the freezing mark but winds will diminish by this afternoon.
Quite cold tonight as we will have light winds and clear skies but Friday afternoon will not be as cold as today as high pressure moves offshore and a southerly wind will develop.
Very mild over the weekend, Saturday will be dry but a cold front approaching from the west will give us some rain late Saturday night into Sunday afternoon.
There is a chance of rain on Monday as the front moves slowly offshore. A low pressure developing on the front may cause some snow on Tuesday although the storm at this time will be well enough offshore to give us any significant impacts.
Fair and cold weather is expected on Wednesday.
