Good morning!
Skies are partly cloudy early on this Thursday morning and it is very cold with readings ranging from the low teens in Clifton down to a frigid -2 degrees at Sandyston, winds are mainly calm.
Today will have partly sunny conditions and there is a low chance of flurries during the day, high temperatures will be a few degrees higher than the 28 degree high temperature that was recorded yesterday.
Friday will be a little milder and a weak disturbance may cause some light snow and flurries at night.
Milder still over the weekend, Saturday will be a pleasant day as high pressure builds into the area but as the high moves offshore a low pressure area will move into our area for Sunday, rain will begin in the morning and end in the evening, some of the precipitation may start off as a wintery mix mainly over inland areas.
Dry weather Monday through the middle of the week with near normal temperatures. Normal highs are in the upper 40s.

MARINE FORECAST: A small craft advisory is in effect until 7 p.m. this evening for westerly winds gusting to 25 knots, seas 2-4 feet.
OUTLOOK – No advisories expected tonight through Saturday; small craft advisories likely Sunday through at least Monday morning.
