Good morning!
Skies are cloudy early on this Friday morning and there is rain falling in parts of the area, temperatures range from the upper 60s in Clifton down to the low 60s further inland, the humidity remains high.
Low pressure moving through the area will be off the New England coast by this afternoon, showers will continue through at least 10 a.m. with some heavy downpours possible. High pressure building behind the low will cause clearing this afternoon and it will become breezy and much less humid.
High pressure will be in control of our weather this weekend giving the area mostly sunny skies both days with seasonably warm temperatures and low humidity. It may be still a little breezy on Saturday with less wind on Sunday.
Warm and increasingly more humid air is expected much of next week. There will be a chance of showers Monday night through Wednesday morning as a weak front moves through the area. High pressure then should give us dry weather the rest of the week.
