CLIFTON’S ALMANAC FOR JANUARY 11TH:
AVERAGE HIGH: 36 AVERAGE LOW: 22
RECORD HIGH: 61 – 2016 RECORD LOW: -1 – 2004
YESTERDAY’S HIGH: 32 LOW: 21 PRECIPITATION: NONE.
After yesterday’s cold weather today will be much milder as high pressure has moved offshore and a southwest flow continues, skies will be mostly cloudy.
Near record or record warmth is expected over the weekend with highs both days in the 60s with a 70 degree reading possible on Sunday. At the present time it appears that most if not all of the showers will hold off until Sunday morning as a cold front approaches the area, there may even be a thunderstorm. Some partial clearing is possible Sunday afternoon.
Cooler temperatures but still above normal readings Monday and during the day on Tuesday with mainly dry condtions.
Seasonably mild weather to continued Wednesday and Thursday but with a chance of showers as a stronger cold front moves through our area.
A colder pattern is expected late next week and may last for several days.
